How We Work With You

Before Becoming Our Client

We have invested a great deal of time in publishing content on our Web site to provide prospective clients with the insight necessary in determining whether our firm is the right one to consider. Please, if you have not visited the Building Your Online Business section of our Web site, do so before going any farther. You will save a lot of time in determining the next best step to take in enlisting the services of anyone in our industry.

We prefer to perform our services directly for the party owning the Web site; however, under certain circumstances, we will also consider taking on projects for traditional marketing and advertising agencies, competing consultants or firms. Because we specialize in online communications solutions, it is more often in your best interest to work with us directly as we offer the background of traditional media professionals and are qualified to tell you what we need from them to insure the success of your online project and limit the liabilities for all parties involved.

If you are representing your client in soliciting our services, please contact our company president right away. After listening to an overview of your dilemma, she will advise you on the best approach to take in pursuing our collaboration. Most likely, you will be asked to sign a mutual non-disclosure before any detailed, specific information about your project is shared. At any rate, you may be assured that we respect your relationship with your client and will not intentionally disrupt it in any way. We are only professionals expecting reciprocal treatment, focusing on the best solutions for all involved.

Some of our prospective clients come to us with an idea of what they want do, a project plan or formal RFP, while others need guidance on where to begin. Before any work is done, we typically ask that you complete our client qualification or project planning worksheets. Then based on what you have shared with us, our people will work closely with you to come up with solutions that are:

  • Affordable
  • Easy to Implement
  • Results-Oriented

Unless you have furnished a preliminary plan or a formal RFP detailing your specific requirements, we determine whether and how we can work with you from your completed worksheets and any further communications necessary to clarify your needs. While the average time that passes in this process for new development work continues to hover at 10 business days, our policy is to review what you have given us and get back to you with our first response no later than two business days. In most instances, on any communications we receive between Monday and Friday, from 8:30 to 4:30 Mountain Time, we respond within 24 hours. Of course, it is your responsibility to insure that we have received your communications at all. Please, if you have not heard back from us within 72 hours during the normal business week, send another e-mail to confirm receipt or call our office during normal business hours Mountain Time.

Establishing a Working Relationship

When we determine we are able to perform the work, depending on its scope and your budget, we e-mail our letter of intent, including cost estimate and service agreement or invite you to review our proposal published online in a password protected area on our corporate Web site. We require a minimum retainer of $500 to begin work. The actual retainer varies depending on the project size and any special deadlines imposed by you.
